Through interviews, factory tours, document reviews, and photo documentation, Sunivo assesses the supplier's ability to produce safe, quality chemicals that fulfill supply demands.

Sunivo submit its suppliers to surprise inspection visits that assess personnel and environmental safety, production processes, and quality of products. Additionally, Sunivo sends product samples to SGS for review, a process that requires 7-10 days. If problems are found with the quality, SGS is contracted by Sunivo to perform complete on-site testing. Our rigorous quality control process is further advanced by our yearly assessment where customer feedback is used to determine if we will continue our partnership with a supplier.
