Sunivo will require suppliers to provide business license and production license, organization code certificate and other legal documents. These documents should confirm that your factory is certified to legitimately manufacture the specific chemical Sunivo intend to source from your company. Sunivo will complete the necessary process to verify documents submitted by a suuplier.

Sunivo's TQM professional will administer to the potential supplier a detailed questionnaire. Question will require responses about company details, internal quality assurance system, and supply capacity.

After completing and submitting the questionnaire, Sunivo will conduct and comprehensive audit of the potential suppliers factory site, facilities, supply capacity, equipment and processes.

Sunivo will contract with SGS on -site audit to conduct comprehensive professional certification. This will be based on quality systems, process equipment, supply capacity, safety and health Huanbao System (EHS), social responsibility (SA8000) and other system -level integrated audit certification. If audit is successful, the supplier will be provided with certification.
